When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a secure hash). We use Google Firebase Authentication to manage accounts. Your password is never stored in plain text and is not accessible to us.
Usage data
We collect information about how you use the App, including which videos you watch and how long you watch them. This helps us improve the content and experience we offer.
Device information
We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for the purpose of diagnosing technical issues.
Information we do not collect
- We do not collect your location.
- We do not collect your contacts, photos, microphone input, or camera data.
- We do not allow you to upload or post content.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the App and its features
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure

Service providers

Business transfers

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.

Lunar is available to users of all ages. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
For users under 13: If you are under 13, you must have a parent or guardian review and agree to this Privacy Policy before creating an account or using the App.
For parents and guardians: If you believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will promptly review the situation and delete the child's information if appropriate.
We do not knowingly use personal information collected from children under 13 for advertising purposes, and we do not share such information with third parties for their own marketing.
